Hi, is this webinar going to be about Google Analytics Funnels or some other software?
I really like how you have simplified the ‘fremium’ conversion process in the flow chart above. I am struggling to activate the webinar link, however. I am using a 2011 MacBook Pro with OS X Lion and updated Java. Any other ideas?

How do I track activation and Upgades using Kissmetrics?
I have the KissMetrics + Recurly Integration set up for my business.
I have a 7-Day Free Trial for clients after which they are charged. This very event to my business will be considered an activation and I am trying to figure out how I will track this?
Also if the money charged to client each month is increased then this can be considers as upgrade but I will like to get specifics on how to do this?
