One should always tackle the negative comments professionally and take it seriously as your fans are always aware of what you are doing and when. So, make sure you choose the right path to remain on top.

  5. Timing is also very critical for social media: live tweeting, staying relevant etc ARE crucial. Being relevant and sticking to a topic that readers can rely on you for is also a great way to get more followers. Great infographic!
